How can I gain confidence in riding?
My riding instructor always says I have to rest your legs so they do not tense, but I try to relax, but nothing seems to happen, how can I relax, especially when I go jogging because my legs rise and fall of temper? I love horses but I'm not sure where they live.
How long have you been riding? Basically, the only way to improve is to practice, practice, practice. Have your instructor tell you to relax your legs is a great way of learning. You have to recondition your body so you know the right way to travel and that is what you see. If I were teaching, which may have their feet in the stirrups at a walk and trot, too, to help you learn more balance. Simply take your time, never happens overnight. You will get there.
