You could always say the difference between steel strings and nylon string guitars by the way the "tuning knobs" face. nylon guitar is the tuning "knobs" looking back, for steel chains facing one side (like ears). In addition, only steel string guitars have pins (background-like) to adjust the strings on the bridge. The two guitars you are asking, steel-string acoustic. As for what would be the best - only you can decide after playing both. The photos can not tell anything about "gameplay." Two identical guitar player from the same manufacturer can "feel" very different for player. The price difference can mean a more "refined" product but not necessarily. Some "black label" guitars can be as good or better than much of the label announced. The test comes when tested by itself. Good luck
